This room only allows one person! I have a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 Bathroom townhouse. I rent out the 3rd Floor Bedroom. It has a bath and shower in the room. I also rent out the other rooms on airbnb under a different listing and have been for 9 years see the reviews. While you are at my place you have access to the living room/refrig/balcony etc...make your self at home! I don'tallow visitors or overnight guest to keep house traffic down.
